1. See what your peers are doing and look for a gap or a fresh spin that you can run with.
2. Connect deeply with the small audience you have (even if it's only 19 people). 
3. Create a super-targeted audience based on the people you're connecting with and what they're into / what they need from you.
4. You're not knee-deep in this biz yet when it's still small; if it's not working or you need to pivot you CAN with not much lost besides time and maybe a little bit of pride.
5. Make your uber-focused niche into your super power. No one else in the world is an expert at exactly what you do so that gives you the ability to become known for it.
