The Strategy Hour- Utilizing a Street Team and Affiliates to Explode Your Launch

KNOW THIS:

1. Street team = your raving fans. Customers, family, BFFs, followers, etc. 
2. Affiliates = people promoting your product and earning commission for it.

DO THIS:

Street team: 
1. Ask your tribe to help promote your launch.
2. Start a private Facebook group for your promo team. Share updates, images, swipe copy, etc. in there.
3. Run a giveaway to reward promoters -- and get a ton of eyes on your launch.

Affiliates:
1. Scour your friends list and look for people you know who you think would support/promote/share your product.
2. DM people with similar followings as you and see if you can share each others stuff. Also see if you can add them to the FB group you started.
3. Make sure you have all the graphics, links, payment info, etc. ready for your affiliates beforeyou launch.
4. Try running a leaderboard.
