1. Review your day and plan breaks in advance. Take a 5-15 min break every 90 minutes.
2. Easy to remember. Put breaks in your calendar or set a timer.
3. Step away from the screens. That includes all screens.
4. Exersate aka exercise and hydrate. Drink a big glass of water and move your body (even just for a few minutes).
5. Tune back in. Redirect your energy back into that project you're working on.
