Business Made Simple- How to Discover the Specific Problem You Solve

KNOW THIS:

1. You have to define a problem.
Ex: you help people decrease anxiety, you help people stop smoking, etc.
2. The only thing people pay for is the solution to a problem.
3. If you're using insider/industry language, you're confusing people.

DO THIS:

1. Describe the problem with zero fluff. Get right to the point and be frankabout it.
Ex: you want to stop smoking vs. you want to be healthy and live a longer life.
2. Don't make people work too hard to KNOW what you do and/or how you can help them.
3. Write out specifically what you're going to help someone do/accomplish if they work with you.
Ex: in 12 sessions I'll help you reduce stress and be more present with your kids.
4. Keep testing and tweaking your messaging until you nail it aka sales are through the roof!
